Enlargement intervention of the operating block at the Clinica Luganese Moncucco that required the complete cutting of an existing structural facade, the insertion of suitable reinforcing and supporting structures through accurate work phases. All the inserted columns have been properly balanced in terms of load by compensating the load of the existing structure with the new structure in extension in order to minimize the flexural contributions on the vertical elements. All facade cuts have been carried out with working rhythms and contingent times, respectively 24 hours for the first phase concerning about 10,0 m of facade and 36 hours for the second phase of about 25 linear m of facade.
