Extension intervention for the construction of new beds for day hospital. The requests were to obtain an open plan building with wide spans (8-10 m) and reduced thickness. Requests respected by using post-tensioning systems with adherent cables and flat sheaths to limit the thickness of structural elements and the interference between cable ducts.
