This is the restructuring and expansion of a building for commercial use, the intervention involves the reinforcement, demolition and construction of structural parts. It is foreseen the elimination of two existing columns cast in place and the structural reinforcement of the beam/column system affected by the intervention. The reinforcement of the existing foundations has been foreseen.

It is foreseen the laying of a slab with high load-bearing capacity in predalles slabs for the realization of a mezzanine floor on which will be then mounted the metal structures of coverage. The heights of this slab are variable.
