Commercial building, Pambio
Description
Construction of a commercial-tertiary building in Pambio. Part of the building is destined to commercial spaces (motorcycle dealer and restaurant) and part to workshop. Due to the nature of the ground on which the building had to rest, FDP piles were used to guarantee an adequate load-bearing capacity and at the same time to limit deformations and long-term subsidence. Some piles have been subjected to a medium duration load test according to CNR specifications.
