Intervention of construction of a commercial building in Stabio, the building is divided into three distinct parts, the first one destined to a post office, the second one to a body shop and the third one to offices. The whole building has a prefabricated structure, indirect foundation on FDP piles that allowed to reach considerable capacities with reduced deformations due to the nature of the crossed soils. In addition to this, there is the advantage of not having waste material from the excavation of the piles that could be, in the case of drilled piles, polluted with sludge or bentonite.
