District plan consisting of three residential buildings (A4/A5/A6) of high standing in Lugano Sorengo. The three buildings are composed of 2 underground floors each (of which the second underground floors are connected to each other) and 4 above-ground floors (approx. 800 sq.m. each) of the same shape but with different orientation for each building. For the realization of rafters, floor and roofing waterproof concrete with slow reinforcement and post-tensioning cables was used.  For the internal elevations was used black pigmented concrete and formwork type 3-1.2.5 with rough boards in horizontal direction with slow reinforcement, while the perimeter pillars are prefabricated (Aschwanden). Particular the architectural effect offered by the stringcourse and the intrados of the balconies in ebony black concrete with a washed finish made of prefabricated slabs and installed before casting.
