Restructuring intervention of an existing rustic in Sorengo. Existing rustic house built approximately in the middle of 1800 in mixed masonry stone / brick sack. The intervention has provided for the consolidation of the masonry with injection of lime-based grouts for the consolidation of the filling, the washing and re-rinsing of the external walls and the reinforcement with reinforced plaster of the internal walls. Subsequently, the building has been submerged for the construction of new underground volumes.
