Underground extension in a prestigious residence, the peculiarity of the intervention consisted in supporting the existing building on the ground floor while the excavation operations were carried out. For the period necessary for the construction of the underground extension, the building remained suspended thanks to metal profiles and a settlement compensation system so as not to have any vertical failure during and after the cutting of the pillars.
