Residential project consisting of four residential buildings (A-B-C-D) of high standing in Lugano Pregassona. Every single building is composed of 1 common basement floor (about 2500 sq.m. on two levels) and 4 above ground floors (about 325 sq.m. each) of the same shape but rotated of 90° each floor for every single building. For the realization of rafts, elevations and floors ordinary concrete with slow reinforcement has been used (except for the floor of the ground floor of building B in which post-tensioning cables have been inserted). For the perimeter parapets (depending on the area), a type 4-1.4 or a type 3-12345 fair-faced formwork was used.
